29 products that bring so much joy for so little money

Promising review: “I wanted to simulate air frying in a countertop or conventional oven. This product works even better in my conventional oven; it has a “speed bake” feature that simulates a confectionery oven. It’s small enough to fit in mine.” Countertop Oven. I love that the tray catches drips and makes a great baking tray for small batches of chocolate chips! Cleaning is a dream. I spray it with cooking spray before using, then treat it like cast iron when cleaning (ie using very hot water and an abrasive sponge – no soap on the baking surface). On the edge and on the “feet” I use some soapy water so that there are no oily deposits. (I also line the drip tray with foil or parchment paper to make cleanup a lot easier, but that’s just my opinion. I’m pretty sure that’s not necessary as the nonstick coating seems to be pretty good so far.) “ —Joanna Aislinn
