KANSAS CITY, Missouri (AP) — Two people were killed at the scene and a third victim died at a hospital after a shooting at a bar in Kansas City, Missouri, early Sunday, police said.
Two other victims were injured and taken to a hospital, including one in critical condition and another in stable condition, Kansas City Police Officer Donna Drake said in an email.
Several officers responded at 1:25 a.m. at the Klymax Lounge on Indiana Avenue
One of the victims killed at the scene was inside the bar while the second was outside the building, Drake said.
According to police, the victims were all adults, but their age and identity were not immediately known.
Homicide investigators and crime scene investigators were at the scene early Sunday, police said.
