A detached house just over 2.7 meters (9 feet) wide has come on the market for £1.3million – four times the average house price in the UK.
The Sun reports that the property is in trendy Hackney, east London, just two minutes from London Fields and Broadway Market.
The four-story home reportedly features a south-facing garden and two bedrooms.
The listing states: “A truly unique home in one of the most exciting areas of London. A striking design linked over four floors by a bespoke steel and wood staircase.
“The house has a south facing tree lined private garden and off street parking.

“The property is a two minute walk from London Fields, close to Broadway Market and less than a mile from Dalston Junction and Hackney Downs Overground.”
The property, which is being sold by real estate agency Dexters, reportedly has a bedroom on each of the two top levels, a compact kitchen and separate living room on the ground floor, with a bathroom downstairs.
Zoopla’s Daniel Copley said: “This unique coach house conversion benefits from an enviable location on the doorstep of Broadway Market, London Fields Lido and the vibrant nightlife of Dalston.
“The property itself has a light and airy interior, with the showstopper undoubtedly being the bespoke steel and wood staircase connecting the four floors of the property.”
According to a study by Rightmove last year. The number of streets in Hackney, where the average property is worth £1million, had increased by 900 per cent.
