A huge PS5 update coming soon means you’ll be paying LESS for games every month

SONY has announced launch dates for its massive new PlayStation subscription service featuring hundreds of games.
The outdated PlayStationPlus is the answer from the gaming giant Xbox Game Passwhich his rival has so far successfully led.
PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Now are being merged into one mega offer split across three tiers.
Now the Japanese firm has shared exactly when we can expect the revamped service to land.
Asia – excluding Japan – will be first on May 23rd.
On June 1st it will be Japan’s turn.
A few weeks later, the Americas will be able to subscribe starting June 13th.
Finally, players in the UK and the rest of Europe will get their chance on June 22nd.
Classic PlayStation, PS2, PS3 and PSP games will be available under the perks once Plus launches.
PS Plus Premium, the top tier, will include more than 740 games for £99.99/$119.99 per year.

The next bundle, PS Plus Extra, offers up to 400 PS4 and PS5 games for £83.99 / $99.99 a year.
And the cheapest option, PS Plus Essential with multiplayer access and two monthly downloadable games, costs £49.99/$59.99.
While PlayStation Now will keep going for now, it will obviously shut down once the new combined service launches.
Anyone with an existing PlayStation Now subscription can trade it in for access to PS Plus Premium.
