A large fire broke out on a golf course.

The fire broke out at Seaford Head Golf Course in an area of ​​bush near Chyngton Road this afternoon.

The East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service (ESFRS) estimates the fire to be 100 by 200 metres, nearly five acres.

An ESFRS spokeswoman said: “We were called at 3.37pm, we have four fire engines and two Land Rovers at the scene.
