Belin Woods, Newbridge, Co. Kildare Asking Price: From €320,000 Broker: Knight Frank (01) 634 2466
The show homes at Belin Woods in Newbridge are now open to the public. Buyers who bought the plans in recent months have been invited for initial viewings to get an idea of what their future might hold.
Furnished by Grove & Co Interiors, they got a real sense of the potential in their new homes. Fitzgeralds contemporary hand painted kitchens feature an island and quartz countertops and have been designed to be aesthetically pleasing with a backsplash and neutral colors. Soft tones have been used in the two- and three-bed model homes, with nice touches like paneling in the bedrooms and uncluttered storage in the living areas.
A good mix of properties is offered in the Riverside development of Glenveagh Homes. The Hazel is a 943 square foot two bed townhouse with prices starting at €320,000. The middle terrace with three beds is called the Beech, measures 1,099 square feet and starts at $400,000. The end terrace with three beds is slightly larger at 1,199 m² and costs from €380,000. The Larch Style is a three bedroom semi-detached villa with a floor area of 1,213 m² with prices starting at €400,000. The largest home in Belin Woods is the Elm, a four-bed end terrace that measures 1,564 square feet and starts at €440,000.
The homes attract first-time buyers who take advantage of the Help To Buy program and they are also eligible for the new First Home program.
All houses are A rated and have a high level of insulation and double glazed windows. Closets, also by Fitzgeralds, are built into the master bedroom of each house and there is a pull-out ladder to the loft.
Knight Frank’s agent Shannon Longmore says interest in the development has been strong so far as the range of available home types attracts all types of buyers. “Belin Woods attracts a wide range of buyers, from first-time buyers and downsizers to those also trading with growing families or looking for additional space for the ever-popular hybrid work.
“The residents of Belin have the best of both worlds. You can all enjoy country adventures as the project is a short drive from Pollardstown Pen, the Curragh Plains and Liffey Linear Park and the development itself has large landscaped areas with their own play areas but so does local residents can do this. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of a bustling city with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants nearby,” says Longmore.
The houses are a 15 minute walk from Newbridge and its amenities.
A journey into Dublin city center takes 40 minutes and a train from the city will take you to Heuston station in 25 minutes.
Tours of the showhouses are available by private appointment with Knight Frank on (01) 634 2466 or email@example.com.
