A heated debate has erupted on social media after an angry passenger shamed another passenger with a picture of her hair, leading to people debating what he should have done
A passenger berated another passenger for the way his long hair was draped in front of him, sparking a heated debate on social media about what he should have done.
The man posted a photo on Reddit, shaming the other passenger, and it showed the hair reaching down to his food tray, he reported BirminghamLive.
The snap has gone viral on the social media platform and many have pondered what it should do – with the majority suggesting a subtle comment to the person would have ended the issue.
“My view for most of my 3 hour flight,” the angry passenger captioned the image.
Another Reddit user replied, “Yes. It’s easy. I fly a lot for work. That happens every now and then.
“Usually I’ll just pat them on the back and say, ‘Sorry, your hair looks great, but I don’t want it to get caught on the tray or the seat. You should probably move them’, and that’s a long way.”
Others were of the same opinion.
Theway said, “EXACTLY!” Excuse me, would you please move your hair? It blocks my screen.
“Really not difficult and 99% of the time they’re like, ‘Oh, I’m sorry.’ That didn’t have to be a problem.”
It wasn’t Kevin who said, “Sorry, your hair’s getting in my way back here.

“Oh ok. Thank you. End of issue. You will never see that person again and they have no good reason to be offended.”
One person said that they have long hair and this is a problem that can happen.
Glitter wrote: “I have a lot of long hair and sometimes when I put it up like this, sections of hair fall out of the band and fall down.
“It looks the same as if this person’s hair is falling out. My hair is pretty heavy and sometimes I don’t realize it’s partially fallen out because everything back there just swings away and it’s really the boss of me most of the time.
“I would maybe give that chick the benefit of the doubt that she doesn’t know it fell off? ask me to move my damn hair.”
