He finally ended his Juventus hell after playing just 112 minutes of action in this campaign.

The 31-year-old Welshman has plenty of options after Juve boss Max Allegri confirmed he was leaving, including offers from the Premier League.

Although the rest of the Gers were desperately trying to complete Ramsey’s move from the 11th minute.

The Scottish champions broke a sweat just before the SPFL’s midnight deadline – an hour after the UK transfer window closed – with the sensational move for the former Arsenal ace to balance on a blade.

Van Bronckhorst thinks he has escaped one of the coups of the transfer window when the Welsh legend turned down four Premier League clubs to move to Ibrox.

SunSport can reveal Rambo has also received offers from two Serie A rival clubs, two in Spain’s La Liga, and rejected offers from Germany and Russia.

Turkish giants Galatasaray and Fenerbahce both want to sign him.

At lunchtime yesterday, the requested midfielder had narrowed it down to a hat-trick by clubs, including one from the Premier League, a major continental club and Rangers.

He then boarded a private jet and made his way to Scotland, where he completed his Gers medical before the deal took a dramatic turn when an unknown hitchhiker in Italy threatened to destroy the deal.

At the time, it didn’t seem like Ramsey could close the deal in time.

But the 31-year-old arrived at Ibrox just before 9pm, where fans had gathered to greet him, with Gers legend Ally McCoist describing the proposed move as the biggest since Paul Gascoigne joined Rangers from Lazio in 1995.
