Adele has revealed what she eats to lose weight and what she eats to stay in shape and also has room for a cheeky McDonald’s along the way

Adele made one of her amazing weight loss transformations recently when she shed seven stone through a combination of intense exercise and changes to her eating habits.
Since starting the new regimen, the 33-year-old singer is said to have continued to follow the very successful eating plan.
When talking to British Vogue, Adele insists “I haven’t done any diets”, but rumors in the US media suggested that she may have followed the Sirtfood diet, after she revealed: “If yes, I eat more than before because I work out so hard.”
While Adele has never attributed her weight loss to following the Sirtfood diet, it has been reported in the United States that the meals she admits to eating would fit into that plan.

The Sirtfood diet is said to cut out processed foods, sugar and full-fat dairy, and it is thought she may have followed the meal plan without going on a formal diet. .
When speaking to Vogue, Adele said that she is not intermittent fasting and that breakfast will be part of her daily plan.
She said that in previous years to start the day, “I usually drink ten cups [of tea] There are two types of sugar per day. “

It is now possible to drink countless cups of tea without sugar.
Adele admitted to Vogue that she does “rigorous weightlifting and training sessions every day”, followed by “twice a day if her anxiety is running high”.
The singer says she’s been doing this for three years and her lunch could be a kale salad with parsley, celery, apples and walnuts topped with olive oil and lime juice.
This is supposed to provide the nutrients she needs to refuel after her grueling workout.
Adele has said that she loves to cook and that she has turned to TV chef Jamie Oliver to enhance her culinary experience over the past few years.
She told British Vogue: “I learned to cook for myself probably when I was 18.”
Adele added: “I read ’30 -Minute Meals’ by Jamie Oliver, a kind old lady. That’s how I learned the basics of cooking.”

She says one of her specialties is the classic roast dinner, which she’s “quite great about making every single Sunday.”
Adele added that this is her son Angelo’s favorite meal that she cooks.
Adele didn’t give up alcohol while on her weight loss journey, but she did find a taste of rose, with a specific brand she used when the coronavirus pandemic was at its peak.
She told Vogue: “My first emergency run at the grocery store was for the Whispering Angel and ketchup.
“The whispering angel turns me into a barking dog. It doesn’t make me whisper.”
When you’re eating right, there’s a day off in the meal plan, and Adele has admitted that McDonald’s is her holiday staple.
She even said that fast food would be the foundation of her last meal.
“My ideal meal, my meal for a death row inmate, my last meal, would be McChicken Nugget with a Big Mac and then fries,” the singer told British Vogue.
“Those are my three courses [meal]. I eat it at least once a week! “
