Aer Lingus apologizes after Jack Dee’s luggage containing his ‘cherished mandolin’ disappeared ahead of his show in Dublin tonight

Aer Lingus has apologized after comedian Jack Dee’s luggage went missing ahead of his performance in Dublin tonight.

MCD’s concert promoter tweeted that Dee missed his “cherished mandolin” as well as his stage attire for the Olympia Theater show.

Aer Lingus then apologized for the late arrival of the comedian’s bag and said it would be looking for updates on his whereabouts.

A shortage of baggage handlers and Covid absences have meant travelers passing through Dublin Airport have been plagued by baggage problems this summer.
