Affected person dies after ‘brawl’ in Rotherham Hospital as one other affected person arrested on suspicion of homicide
DETECTIVES have launched a homicide probe after a person was crushed to dying by a fellow affected person whereas in hospital.
Workers at Rotherham District Basic Hospital, in South Yorkshire, referred to as police after the brawl broke out between two of the sufferers.
Officers have arrested a 47-year-old man on suspicion of homicide, after a 48-year-old man died from his accidents within the early hours of this morning.
Police had been referred to as to the hospital at 8.54pm on Saturday, with officers launching a homicide investigation.
A spokesman for South Yorkshire Police stated the person’s household are being supported by specialist officers after yesterday’s tragedy.
They added: “Officers had been referred to as by a member of hospital employees at 8.54pm reporting that two sufferers had been combating.
“One of many sufferers, a 48-year-old man, died of his accidents within the early hours of this morning.
