It’s not uncommon for an Airbnb guest to contact their host with a question during their stay, but this woman needed help with everything she did in the apartment. She is in Ontario, Canada.

Michelle, the handle user @theflowertruck, shared the video with the caption: “I just need to know if my Airbnb guest is okay”.

In the video, Michelle showed a screenshot of a text conversation between her and the guest who couldn’t figure out how to open the fridge.

The guest sent a message that said: “Hey, I just wanted to confirm if I can use the fridge since it’s locked?”

Michelle replied, “There’s no padlock on it. Maybe you’re trying to open it from the wrong side?”

The guest replied, “Ok yes, sorry.”

Then Michelle received another text from a guest who was having trouble turning on the stove.

The text says: “Hey, the throttle doesn’t turn on. It turns on for two seconds and turns off again. How can I fix this?”

Michelle asked: “Do you mean gas?” The guest replied: “Induction cooker.”

“You should just turn the knob and leave it in place,” says Michelle. “There won’t be any gas.”

The guest replied, “It turned red for two minutes and went off,” Michelle asked for a photo to understand what was going on.

She received a photo showing the induction hob not on and the dial clearly needing to be turned higher.

Michelle replied, “So it looks like it’s only level three so there won’t be much heat. Rotate it more so it’s closer to the higher end.”

Soon after, Michelle received another text message that read: “Hey Michelle, I ordered some food and the delivery driver said he left it on the porch but I couldn’t find it. received it yet?”

Michelle then checked her security camera showing food on the porch – as the driver said.

In the footage, the guest steps out of the property and looks at the ground instead of at the porch before she turns back empty-handed, to which Michelle comments: “Very well checked ‘veranda’.”

The video has been viewed 3.5 million times and viewers are shocked to learn that this woman has come this far in her life.

One person wrote: “Really curious how this person managed to get the reservation in the first place.”

Another: “Tried to get her ingredients, tried to cook the food, then decided to order delivery. Zero out of three completed it.”

Another wrote: “Your guests are definitely two kids in tank tops.”

Fourth sentence: “I feel like they’ve never been taught how to grow up.”
