The daughter of presenter Aled Jones became an overnight Hollywood star when her film CODA won the Best Picture award at the prestigious event.
Before taking to the stage with her fellow actors to accept the coveted trophy, Emilia stunned on the red carpet in a stunning head-to-toe gold gown with a daring waistline.
She then switched up her glamorous look for the after parties after bagging an invite to the A-listers’ exclusive Vanity Fair event.
The Welsh actress was dubbed the ‘next big thing’ by Vogue magazine ahead of her glittering night at the showbiz party.
The feel-food film Coda went down in history as the first film from a streaming device to win the Best Picture award.
Emilia learned American Sign Language and adapted an American accent for the role, which also resulted in her getting the best on-screen performance.
In the film, based on the novel La Famille Bélier, she plays Ruby Rossi, the only hearing member of a deaf family.
Emilia first made her name at the age of eight in Shrek, the musical starring Amanda Holden.
Aled, who first rose to fame singing Walking In The Air, gushed about his daughter on This Morning.
He told Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard that he enjoyed watching his daughter “from the background”.
The Songs of Praise host said he’s glad his daughter “found what she loves” and “long may it last.”
He joked: “When do daughters ever listen to their fathers? Come on! I don’t give her advice.”
He continued, “She’s so level-headed. She loves acting and being on set.”
Ben said: “You have to be so proud as a father to be able to talk to her about her achievements.
“Have you ever wondered if you could do something together?”
Aled said: “She’s too busy to work for me. She says, ‘No, forget it.’

“She’s more into pop music than my scene. She’s in LA! I can’t afford it!”
Speaking to PA Media, Emilia addressed her nomination: “I’m just so grateful that people loved Coda because I worked so hard.
“I was 17 when we were filming, so I had a big, big 17 workload, so it’s nice, people are so nice.”

The actress said, “I trained in American Sign Language for nine months and also took singing lessons because I loved singing, but I had never had singing lessons before.”
In addition to learning a new language and accent, she also had to learn how to fish.
“Also, I had to learn to fish, so every morning for two weeks I woke up at 3 a.m. and we would go three miles out to sea and fish for hours, and I had to learn the Massachusetts accent, too.”
