Alison Moore, CEO of Comic Relief USA, and Kelli Turner, CFO of Sun Capital Partners, have joined the Board of Directors at Downtown Music Holdings.
Prior to joining Comic Relief, Moore was Sales Manager, Beauty Collection, at Conde Nast, overseeing the Glamor and Allure brands.
She was previously Soundcloud’s Chief Revenue Officer and previously held multiple GM and executive positions working on digital products, strategy, and brand development at NBC. UniversalDailyCandy and HBO.
Moore began his career at Turner Broadcasting in Atlanta.
Moore is also a member of the Board of Directors for global media and TRACE digital platforms.
Prior to joining Sun Capital, Turner was the President and CEO at SESACInc., a music copyright licensing company.
Turner was previously the President and Chief Financial Officer of RSL Management Corporation, and before that was the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc.
She joined Martha Stewart from Time Warner Inc., where she holds the position of Senior Vice President, Acting in the Office of the President and Chief Executive Officer.
Turner has also served as Senior Vice President, Business Development, for New Line Cinema, after serving as Vice President of Investor Relations for Time Warner Inc.
Additionally, Turner currently serves on the Board of Directors of DoubleVerify, a software platform for digital media measurement and analysis.
