All but seven houses have now been sold in the new development.
The development offers a mix of three, four and five bedroom properties for sale.
Two types of houses are still available – the four bedroom Lindfield II priced at £995,000 and a five bedroom Connaught II priced at £1,150,000.
The final homes, including the Knightsbridge A II and Lindfield II show homes, are expected to be launched later this summer.
Sara Stanhope, Jones Homes Southern Sales and Marketing Director, said: “This is the last chance for buyers to secure a large luxury home in this desirable and exclusive development.
“These are executive family properties boasting our highest level of fittings, with luxury fittings such as Villeroy and Boch sanitary ware, Hansgrohe fittings and Porcelanosa tiling.
“Both properties are single-family homes with an integrated double garage.
“You have an impressive open plan kitchen/dining/family room and separate living room, as well as a study and utility room.
“The quality of the homes is complemented by the development’s enviable semi-rural location on the edge of the beautiful South Downs.”
As part of the Folders Grove planning agreement, Jones Homes is contributing over £1.1m to help improve local infrastructure and services.
Contributions from the developer include £228,000 to support local primary schools, almost £250,000 to secondary schools and £57,000 to the local sixth form.
