Coronation Street star Amanda Barrie shockingly revealed that the cleaning soap’s bosses stopped her from publicly popping out as homosexual.

The cleaning soap icon has performed Alma Sedgewick on the ITV collection for 20 years however wasn’t allowed to be her true self.

Talking on the Dialog Avenue podcast, she mentioned: “Each week I’d come as much as the workplace. They’d go, ‘You’re popping out.’ ‘Am I?’ ‘Yeah, they’ve obtained this factor on you.’
