Opening in an interview with Daily StarThe newspaper asked her who she thought would take her place on the panel if she were on sick leave.
She replied, “No one. They can only drop to a three!”
Recalling her daughter Hollie’s traumatic birth in 2012 which left the Breakfast Heart beauty ‘dead in 40 seconds’, she said: “Don’t forget, I came out of my coma to get back to Britain’s Got Talent.
The stark warning comes as Amanda reflects on her time on the show alongside Alesha Dixon, David Walliams and main judge Simon Cowell.
Since 2012, the lineup has remained the same, without any changes.
Speaking about the longevity of the current jury, Amanda said it was a “quite astonishing achievement” in today’s television environment.
She added: “So that the same group of people can work together on the same program for a long time and not be removed or replaced!”

“While most people will hear the hit song Greatest Showman, Loren is not a household name, and she deserves her place on the BGT stage.
