American guitarist Carlos Santana collapsed on stage in Michigan
American guitarist Carlos Santana received medical attention after collapsing on stage during a performance in Michigan.
he is a musician, whose band is popular with hits including Smooth and Maria Maria, which has been attended by many staff and medical staff.
Video shared on social media shows the 74-year-old being carried off the stage and waving to fans as he exits.
Members of the audience were asked for their “prayers” by venue staff following a “serious” medical emergency.

The incident happened during Santana’s magical supernatural tour, which the band is currently joining with rock band Earth, Wind & Fire.
Santana performed at the Pine Knob Musical Theater, an outdoor venue near Detroit.
The musician was forced to partially postpone his residency in Las Vegas last December, following an “unscheduled” heart procedure.
He resumed his residency in January and began his North American tour in March.
