Andrew ‘will be asked about his PRIVACY PARTS’, Epstein victim’s lawyer says as sex abuse case claims to be heard in court

CAUSE Andrew may be “questioned about his private parts,” the attorney representing Jeffrey Epstein’s victim has stated.

The Duke of York, 61, could face a civil trial in the US after the judge rejected his bid to dismiss Virginia Giuffre’s sexual assault case.

If he is deposed, he could be questioned about intimate details under oath about his background, sex life and marriage.

Prince Andrew’s ex-wife, the Duchess of York, his daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, and even the Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle were all discussed.

According to one of the attorneys representing Epstein’s victims, no one is without limits.

Spencer Kuvin said to Mirror: “Andrew’s Catastrophe BBC News Nighttime Interview will haunt him.

“He mentioned his wife as well as his daughters. Now they can all be legally deposed. Lawyers may even try for the Queen. I don’t doubt they will, but as a sovereign country it’s almost impossible.”

No date has been set for the trial, but it could take between September and December of this year.

Mr Kuvin added: “There is no doubt the Duke will be asked about his private parts.

“Nothing is off limits because if an underage girl could describe what the Duke of York’s private parts look like… what if they weren’t already in a relationship?”

The Duke of York is understood to be ready to do “whatever it takes” to prevent his sexual abuse case from overshadowing The Queen’s Platinum Year.

He denies the allegations and sources say he is determined to clear his name.

The Sun Online has reached out to Prince Andrew’s representative for comment.

Ms. Giuffre’s attorney David Boies last night told The Sun “settlement is always a possibility”, as legal experts say it is his “least worst option”.

Senior royal aides are all urging Andrew to settle as soon as possible to prevent him from dragging “the whole monarchy into the mud”.

Ms Giuffre, 38, is suing Andrew for unspecified damages, which Mr Kuvin says could “easily” exceed £14m if she is successful.

Ms Giuffre said paedo Epstein, who died in prison in 2019, trafficked her for sex with powerful men.

She claims she was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew in 2001 at the age of 17.

Ms Giuffre also said she was flown to London to sleep with the Duke and forced to have sex with him at Epstein’s home in New York and in the US Virgin Islands.

Mr Boies added: “Virginia is delighted that her claims will now be legally determined.

“It’s been a long road, but we’re getting to the end. We will find a way to bring down ten to 12 people.”

Asked if they would include Sarah, Beatrice and Eugenie, Mr Boies said: “It could happen.”

He expected the removal of Andrew to take place in February.
