Andy Fletcher, keyboard player and founding member of Depeche Mode, has passed away peacefully at the age of 60.

Andy Fletcher, keyboard player and founding member of Depeche Mode, has died aged 60.

Tonight, it was announced that he passed away peacefully.

Depeche Mode posted a tribute to Andy on social media, reading, “We are shocked and overwhelmed with sadness at the untimely passing of our dear friend, family member. and band member Andy” Fletch “Fletcher.”

“Fletch has a real heart of gold and is always there when you need support, lively chat, big smile or cold.

“Our hearts go out to his family, and we ask that you keep them in your thoughts and respect their privacy during this difficult time.”
