Angry tenant ‘gets revenge on landlord by blowing up his PRIVATE flat because he was evicted’

An ENRAGED tenant allegedly got revenge on his landlord by blowing up his own apartment when he was about to be evicted.
Shortly before 4 a.m., a massive explosion tore through Ponferrada, Spain, with mountains of debris strewn across the road and crushing cars.
The gas explosion occurred at an apartment in the Calle Alcón area of the city, with the roof of the building blown off.
It is understood that a man in his 30s turned himself in to the police after the explosion, reports ileon.
According to the newspaper’s source, it is believed that the man, who lives alone, was kicked out of the house and reacted angrily.
Authorities have confirmed that a man is in custody.
The terrible explosion also caused a fire, completely burning down the inside of the house
Neighbors were evacuated within hours as firefighters put out the fire and assessed the damage.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
Dramatic photos show bricks and other debris strewn across the street, with at least two cars destroyed.
The city’s Councilor for Citizen Security, José Antonio Cartón, said the City Council stands ready to assist affected residents.
Police and firefighters are working to clear the area. Neighboring residents have been allowed to return home.
