ANT and Dec’s new game Limitless Win has viewers screaming in disbelief tonight.
Two other players went away with life changing money after last week big win – and one person summed up the frustrations on Twitter, writing: “LimitlessWin is far from easy. Spending money on ITV!”
Store owner Tony and physiotherapist son Zee entered a new contest designed to be an ultra-high-stakes gig, as the prize money can grow forever.
Tony, 52, and Zee, 30, were on a winning streak, answering “simple” general knowledge questions correctly and the bank scores were cash.
They ended up winning a tempting £250,000 and viewers were left baffled by the huge prize pool – with many sharing the same complaint on Twitter.
One said: “Too long to answer one question and this first couple answered 2 questions correctly and made 100,000 😂 easy money”
Another suggested: “I think once you decide to move on from one correct question, you CAN ONLY withdraw to the next right question. Withdrawal seems too easy (despite what fits). happen).”
And another said: “How do I sign up for this Limitless Win Ladder game since it seems pretty easy to win some money?!”
Others wondered why the show picked players who didn’t seem to be missing a few quids.
One person tweeted: “An easy way to make money but where are ‘ordinary people’ so far a midwife, doctor and physiotherapist.. they are not short of money”
Though many hailed it as a great new format – once they got a grip of what was going on.
One rave said: “What a great show tonight, definitely one of my favorite game shows”
