Anxious Dancing on Ice fans wanted to see Bez in the stands days after it was announced he had Covid

DANCING on Ice viewers were amazed to see Happy Mondays star Bez appear in the stands tonight, just days after he announced he had tested positive for Coronavirus.
Bez had previously announced that he would be watching the show live this weekend from home.
The 57-year-old made his debut on the ice last weekend but less than 24 hours later he was forced to live in isolation.
Viewers were surprised to see him cheering on his co-stars from the side of the ice rink, and then gave a brief interview to host Phillip Schofield.
One viewer tweeted: “Should bez isolated?”
Another confused social media user said: “Oh wait a minute lol…”
A third viewer asked: “Why is Bez sitting in the studio?”
Bez was seated next to her dance partner Angela Egaown, who was also quarantined for the past week.
He told Phillip: “I’m one of those lucky people who don’t have symptoms.”
Although the isolation period is still 10 days, someone may end it sooner if they receive a negative side-flow test after five days of self-isolation.
Bez didn’t expect to be isolated so soon.
I said star: “I had a good test. I’m in pain because I won’t be training but I’m looking forward to skating on the show again in week three and I’ll tune in at home and cheer on my friends. I’m skating this weekend.”
