Appeal to police after burglary at Horsham restaurant

Police are looking for two men after a burglary at a restaurant.

A number of valuable items were stolen from a restaurant in Horsham Market Square at around 2.30am on 3 December.

Two men were caught on video surveillance at the store around the time of the burglary and were seen exiting the scene in a white Audi A5 with the passenger side damaged.

The car left Market Square on Carfax towards North Street.

One of the men is described as a white male in his 30s with a tattoo on the right side of his neck and a dark, short beard. He was wearing a flat cap, a dark down coat, and light-colored sweatpants.

The other man is black, also in his 30s, wearing a light-colored down jacket. He also has a distinctive gait.

Officials are encouraging anyone who recognizes the men or has information that could help the investigation to contact police online or on 101 quoting serial number 393 dated March 12.
