The tech giant announced that the Covid restrictions in China have impacted its ability to keep up with the huge demand.

Much of the iPhone is assembled in China, but the country has a zero-Covid policy wreaking havoc for businesses.

Apple said the large facility it uses in Zhengzhou has “significantly reduced capacity” due to tight restrictions.

There’s no telling how long production delays could last as Christmas approaches, but the company anticipates the impact will be temporary.
