If you’re a fan of VVVVVV and looking for something similar, then the upcoming puzzle platformer Super Mega Zero might be for you.
The title announced by Rogue Games will be released on April 27th for Switch priced at $9.99. You take on the role of Zero (no, not the guy from Mega Man X) who must defeat a devious villain named Kill Screen. The game features hundreds of levels and mixes elements of puzzle platforming and shoot ’em up gameplay depending on the upgrades you collect along the way.
Here are a few key features of Rogue Games:
– Challenge hundreds of handcrafted levels with a mix of platforming, puzzles and shoot ’em up gameplay.
– Classic arcade aesthetics and a hard-hitting chiptune soundtrack take players back to the 80’s.
We’re definitely getting some “just one more try” vibes from this one! Pre-orders are now live on the eShop, so if you’re looking for cross-genre action, grab your copy now.
