Arsenal’s former captain Cesc Fabregas has hailed Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard as the club’s future after both were goalscorers in Sunday afternoon’s 3-2 win over Watford.

Arsenal boosted their top-four hopes in the Premier League with a win Watford 3:2 on Sunday afternoon.

Manager Mikel Arteta played a key role in his side’s third goal that all but sealed the three points.

Martin Odegaard, Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli all hit the mark for the Gunners, who are now fourth in the Premier League table.

Areta’s helping hand

Mikel Arteta has arsenal he was fighting for a top-four finish while proving he could get his tactics right from the dugout.

Ahead of the game, Arteta said that Martin Odegaard, who signed in the summer, needs to score and score more goals in the future.

“He definitely has to play close to the opposition’s penalty area,” admitted Arteta ahead of Sunday’s game.
