Aton Ben-Horin Promoted to Executive Vice President, Global A&R, Atlantic Records Group

Aton Ben-Horin has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Global A&R, for Atlantic Profile The group, which includes Atlantic Records and Music group Elektraas well as Big Beat and many other sub-brands.
In his new post, Ben-Horin – who used to work at Warner Music Group (WMG) since 2012 – reporting to Atlantic President & CEO Craig Kallman and is headquartered in Los Angeles.
At the same time, Ben-Horin launched a publishing partnership with Music Warner Chappell.
Over the past decade, as both A&R executive and producer, Ben-Horin has helped bring a host of top hits to WMG globally.
Among his recent successes is Ava Max’s Kings & QueensCardi B’s Ring Miracle. KehlaniJason Derulo’s Take you dancing, Tiësto & Karol G’s Do not be shyand the collaboration of Galantis, David Guetta & Little Mix, Hurt anthem.
Over the course of his Warner career, he has also contributed his expertise to multi-platinum hits like Flo Rida’s. My house and GDFR; By David Guetta Bad and Hello, Mom Miracle. Nicki Minaj, Bebe Rexha & Afrojack; Jason Derulo’s Dirty talk Miracle. 2 Chainz and Shaking Miracle. Snoop Dogg; and many others.
Ben-Horin has been responsible for signing Warner Music artists Alec Benjamin, Justin Quiles, Riton, Bhad Bhabie, Jax, Goody Grace and others.
With his new position, members of his A&R Atlantic team have also been promoted, including: Andrew Grant, Senior Director, A&R; Adam Grossman, Senior Director, A&R; Alex Soifer, Senior Director, A&R; and Pam Charbit, Director, A&R.
Ben-Horin is also the Owner & CEO of Plush Management LLC and Plush Recording Studios.
His management list includes JVKE, Johnny Goldstein, Carl Falk, Jesse Saint John, The Monarch, Jakke Erixson, etc.
Prior to WMG, he held roles on The Agency’s production team, where he collaborated with John Legend, Rick Ross and Ciara, among others.
As a DJ, he has played gigs around the world, including Awesome music Festival.
