The band was first formed in 1998 when Edele and Keavy decided to form the group with their friend Sinead.

However, they knew they were missing someone and Lindsay then auditioned for a spot in the band and won them over with an original song.

B* Witched has enjoyed tremendous success worldwide, becoming the first artist in history to have their first four singles debut at number one in the UK.

However, in 2002 after huge success and world tours, the band decided to split and Lindsay took a seven-year hiatus.

In 2012, she returned to the limelight when she dabbled in acting as Sister Georgina in the British indie crime thriller Two Days in the Smoke alongside Matt Di Angelo, Stephen Marcus and Alan Ford.

More recently, fans got to see the singer star as Marlene Flynn on Netflix’s hit series Stay Close.

Stay Close is a British mystical miniseries that follows the lives of a photojournalist, a soccer mom and a murder detective and how they become linked.

Lindsay took to her Twitter when it was released on the streaming platform to share her joy when it was released.

She said: “It’s out on Netflix today!! I had so much fun doing this. Thanks
@REDProductionCo and all team for a great experience. #NewYearseve #stayingin #netflix #crime #drama. “

Her followers flooded her replies with love for her latest role as they said they can’t wait to see her in the series.

Ian tweeted: “I’m going to have to donate this watch. Hope you are well.”

Lindsay’s bandmate Sinead took to her Instagram after the series was released to say how proud she is of her friend.

Sharing a clip from the series on social media, she captioned it: “So proud @lindsayarmaou, this is so exciting, hopefully the start of many more. @Netflixuk just came out today #Stayclose #drama #harlancoben @redproductionco. Check it out.”
