“Tying your hair too tightly or even using it on wet hair can damage your hair follicles,” explains Raina.

“It changed my life.

“I use it to brush my hair from root to tip.

“Too bad, guys…please stop,” she begged.

Instead, she says it’s best to brush your hair from ends to roots, working toward your scalp.

When combing hair from root to tip, it can lead to breakage due to the formation of knots, making it difficult for real hair to grow.

For thick hair, she recommends getting a small cut before brushing to clear out the creases.
