Beyonce entered the chart race for number one single in the UK following the release of her seventh solo album Renaissance.
The lead track from his album, Break My Soul, is currently set to climb from number six to number two and could match LF System’s A Fear To Feel for the week’s top spot. this, at the first glance of the Official Chart Company.
Two new songs from the album could also make their debut on the UK singles chart on Friday, with Cuff It at number 10 and I’m That Girl at number 11 so far. .
Break My Soul, a house inspired single, was first released on June 21 and previously peaked at number 4 in the UK charts.
Her new 16-song collection debuted on Friday, six years after the pop superstar’s last lengthy solo offering, Lemonade, in 2016.
The work features contributions from her husband Jay-Z, Drake, producers of Skrillex and The-Dream.
Upon its release, critics hailed it as “another remarkable record” in her catalog and a “celebration of life in abundance”.
Elsewhere, George Ezra’s Green Grass is now preparing to overtake Harry Styles’ As It Was for third place, knocking the former One Direction star down to fourth.
Burna Boy has so far remained in fifth place while the partnership of David Guetta, Becky Hill and Ella Henderson is set to climb to a sixth place.
The Top 100 of the Official Singles Chart is announced on the Official Chart website at 5:45 a.m. every Friday.
