BGT: Keiichi Iwasaki miraculously wears Alesha Dixon’s ring

Britain’s Got Talent fans believe they have figured out how magician Keiichi Iwasaki performed his levitation ring trick with judge Alesha Dixon on Saturday’s show.

The Japanese magician wowed the judges and audience after inviting Alesha onto the stage to assist him with his illusion.

Keiichi told the 43-year-old singer to keep a finger in place as he alluded to the mystery of her gold ring.

The magician snapped and suddenly the ring started spinning in rapid circles in the air above her outstretched finger.

Simon Cowell and fellow judges Amanda Holden and David Walliams watched in amazement as the ring continued to hover in mid-air.

The audience watched with fascination as the ring finally landed on Alesha’s finger, exclaims Keiichi.

While the audience in the audition room erupted at the scene, those at home were a bit more skeptical and took to Twitter to share how they cracked the game after discovering a “device”.

One viewer wrote: “You can see the device on his right middle finger.”

A second added: “He has something between the index and middle fingers in her right hand, that could be a trick but I don’t know what it is.”

Another hypothetical third person said: “Here’s the HOW. The ring is attached to a thin piece of wire that runs upwards. Therefore, when he tries to pass the ring through his hand, the left hand does not start on the right but he starts more on the left so that it does not interfere with the piece of string. “

But the judges were in awe and hosts Ant and Dec especially thought the act deserved the royal treatment, as they emerged from the wings and ran to the judges to take down the Golden Buzzer. .

But while the Golden Buzzer put Keiichi straight into the show, his appearance could spark yet another row of repairs for the ITV show, which has already been met with accusations from viewers that the contestants have had previous professional experience.

Keiichi is a famous Japanese street magician and has appeared on many talent shows before.

He auditioned for the show in three other countries, including Italy in 2016, Bulgaria in 2021, and Spain in 2019, where he made it to the semifinals. He also auditioned for Germany’s Das Supertalent last year.

Britain’s Got Talent will return at 8pm Saturday on ITV and ITV Hub.
