Susan Boyle says she no longer ‘favors’ Piers Morgan

Susan Boyle rose to fame in 2009 after performing I Dreamed a Dream on Britain’s Got Talent that turned her into a global superstar.

The 61-year-old singer – who hails from Blackburn – impressed the judges in an audition that has become one of the show’s most iconic moments to date.

Despite her first impressions and appearances, Susan instantly won the hearts of the audience when she first performed her incredible vocals on ITV’s hit talent show.

Since then, the Scottish star has enjoyed an immensely successful career and a millionaire status – all while keeping her personal life in check.

Sadly, Susan has been unlucky in love all her life – and revealed that she’s been living alone “for so long” that she just can’t see herself marrying someone.

She once had the only boyfriend known to the public.

The talented musician learned about her first romantic relationship at the age of 53 while she was on tour with an American doctor, with whom she spoke in her hotel.

Despite the fact that Susan feels a connection and sparks fly between the two, that doesn’t mean this relationship can’t develop into anything lasting.

Revealing her secret relationship before, Susan admitted that she felt it didn’t last because marriage wasn’t for her.

She told Lady Magazine: “I have a polite friend, a doctor. We went to lunch but I didn’t tell anyone.

“But if I had a male friend it would be completely unique – I’ve lived alone too long to get married.”

She added: “I don’t want to say more about who he is right now because it wouldn’t be fair to him. All I’ll say is we’re the same age and he’s a guy. very good boy.”

Sadly “it’s not realistic” in the long term.

Although she feels married life may not be right for her, Susan has always wanted to be a mother and has previously shared her regrets about not having children of her own.

The star also revealed that she will be very open about raising children who need a safe and loving home.

Susan told The Sun: “Once things calmed down a bit, I wanted to start fostering,” she told the publication.

“I love kids. I’ve never had any of my own, that’s my biggest regret, but I love kids. They’re fun to be with.”
