Britain’s Got Talent comedian Francine Lewis has vowed she will never forgive her husband after she accused him of cheating on her live on GB News on Friday.
A spokesman for Francine said so MailOnline that she was “going through hell” after the revelation and that she was “100% sure” he had been unfaithful before telling GB News.
The spokesman said: “She will not forgive Joel. Despite his denial, she still believes he was unfaithful after seeing the news.
“She would never dissolve her family home and her 17-year marriage unless she was 100% sure he was unfaithful. Francine is devastated for the kids.”
They added: “She’s going through hell. It’s a big shock for them.”
The spokesman added that the alleged text messages were “very crude” and also stated “when they were supposed to meet.”
Francine also appears to have “seen messages that he deleted,” and the rep insisted there was “no plan to expose the affair on TV.”
They added that this was “their truth” and “spontaneous” and was “honest, vulnerable and very, very brave.”
Since then, she has stopped following her husband on Instagram.
Joel has denied Francine’s allegations, telling GB News: “I have not had an affair and I completely deny any allegations made against me.
“I sent some messages to a friend’s partner and I deeply regret sending them, but I have not cheated or had an affair.
“I love Francine very much and I am ashamed for what I have done and deeply apologize for the pain I have caused. I just want to focus on my marriage.”
The comedian, who starred in Britain’s Got Talent in 2013, appeared on GB News to talk about cheating and how she was scammed out of £90,000.
As the segment wound down, Francine told hosts Patrick Christys and Inaya Folarin Iman about the alleged affair.
She said: “There are so many scams out there all the time but you know what’s ironic? I stuck it out with my husband and last night I found out he was cheating on me with his best friend’s girlfriend.”
Francine continued: “You know what, I wish I’d gone there and then. He put me in this situation and now he got me in this situation and I’m devastated.”
When asked if she was okay, Francine replied, “I will be. I’m still in shock and numb but you know what I’m going through, I have to, I have two kids.”
Francine and Joel, who is a director of a construction company, married in 2005 and they have two children together, Brooke and Jake.
