Big Bang Theory’s Kunal Nayyar distances himself from Raj in first trailer for new thriller Suspicion

THE Big Bang Theory’s Kunal Nayyar sees another world as a goofy astrophysicist in the first trailer for the new thriller Suspicion.
Kunal first became a household name globally in 2007 when he debuted as a nerd and socially awkward guy. Raj Koothrappali in The Big Bang Theory.
The 40-year-old is currently set to appear alongside Kill Bill actress Uma Thurman in a new horror series Doubt, has been set for a release date of early 2022.
It’s a very different role for Kunal from what fans are used to seeing, with new footage showing him under scrutiny.
The eight-part series follows the aftermath of the kidnapping of the son of a famous American businesswoman – and the British actor looks like a whole new man.
Promising tension and intrigue, the series’ official synopsis reads: “When the son of a prominent American businesswoman is abducted from a New York hotel, suspicion quickly grows. focused on the four seemingly ordinary British nationals who were staying at the hotel on the night in question.
“When they find themselves in a transatlantic rat and cat race to evade the combined forces of the National Crime Agency and the FBI to prove their innocence, it becomes clear that not everyone is happy. can be trusted.
“Who is really behind the mysterious abduction, and who is only guilty of not being at the right time, at the wrong time?”
Famous stars like America’s Noah Emmerich, Black Mirror’s Georgina Campbell, Scorpion’s Elyes Gabel and the star of Agents of SHIELD Elizabeth Henstridge also appear in the new series.
Interestingly, the upcoming thriller is based on the award-winning Israeli False Flag series.
Suspicious will premiere the first two episodes on Apple TV+ on Friday, February 4.
