Mayim Bialik has told her fans she’s caught Covid and insists it’s “no joke” as she continues to grapple with the virus.
The Big Bang Theory star, 46, opened up on Instagram on Monday to tell her 3.9 million followers she had Covid and provided an update on her condition on Wednesday.
The actress, who has been vaccinated and strengthened against the virus, explained that “burnout is very special”.
She said on Monday: “I had mono when I was in college and the exhaustion was so bad that you couldn’t stay awake, you can try to stay awake but suddenly you need to sleep. .”
And in her latest update, she revealed: “It’s not the same thing as the flu. You don’t hear of ‘long-lasting flu’.” This is a very different virus… Be careful. Please stay safe. “

She again discussed the fear she felt after contracting the virus, telling her followers: “What I didn’t anticipate was that I had a certain level of anxiety. new to going out.
