Bilile Faiers has expressed fears her new neighbors in Essex won’t be too kind to her husband Greg and his party-loving antics.

The former Towie star, husband Greg and their two children Nelly and Arthur are preparing to move into their £1.4million dream home after two years of renovations and setbacks.

There were reports of a feud between the Faiers clan and their new neighbors, which Billie dismissed last week by saying: “We don’t have a problem with either of them.”

However, during a conversation on Vicky Pattison’s podcast about the move, Billie joked that her husband Greg might ruffle a few feathers when they finally settle into their new home.

“We’re going to move in there and none of the neighbors are going to like us,” she said.

Greg teased, “You won’t like us after the first pool party!”

The dad said he and Billie splashed onto trees to protect their privacy while enjoying their sprawling garden – which they have some very cheeky plans for.

“It’s just for privacy … if we bathe naked, you know what it’s like,” he explained.

The couple also addressed stories about their honeymoon in the Maldives, where they have been accused of turning the idyllic resort into “Ibiza” by holidaymakers.

“We found that there were a few people on the island who — not in our group who were there like tourists — but were selling stories to all of us,” Billie said.

“However, most of the venues that we rented privately for all of our events on the island tried to get something like upgrades through the hotel and then they went to the newspapers. To be honest, I think that’s how we were at the moment.”

Billie and Greg will share the path with viewers to get their keys to their incredible 1920’s five bedroom mansion on their new reality show.

The couple have spent two years refurbishing the property to their liking, spending thousands of pounds.

With her hard work almost over, Billie admitted she wishes she could turn back the clock and do things differently as she shared her regret.

“When you film a house and you’re obviously renovating it, it’s like a lot and sometimes it feels like there aren’t enough hours in the day,” the mother said MailOnline.

When asked what they would have done differently, Greg commented, “We probably wouldn’t have done it.”
