The worlds of Bling Empire and Semi Sunset will of course collide as super-rich real estate developer Kane Lim prepares to appear on both shows.
The 32-year-old reality TV star is a founding member of the hit series Bling Empire, which allows the camera to dive into the lavish lives of a network of super-rich Asian-Americans living in Los Angeles.
And now the star – who is believed to be worth around $20m (£14.3m) – will be lending his fortune-telling skills to Netflix’s Colleague Sale of Sunset series.
Kane is expected to appear in the upcoming sixth season of the hit series, showing off his multi-million dollar fortune as well as documenting the vibrant drama among the competing real estate agents of the Oppenheim Group. .

Speaking of being on the show, Kane told TMZ in a video interview that he plans to make more money from his real estate agents on the show.
Kane explains: “I am actually a developer. I am also an agent so I represent myself in all transactions.
“As you know, in real estate, every transaction you do the 2.5% commission to the agents and I was like, ‘I’m not going to give you my two per cent. I am Asian! I am smart. I will keep the money’.
“So I got my license four years ago so I just stuck with the Oppenheim Corporation and they’ve been great.”

The most recent installment of Sunset Sale alluded to that Christine Quinn was fired from the brokerage firm after attempting to bribe potential clients to not work with her work rivals in the office.
But with Christine’s departure, there’s space for a new villain to appear on the show – but Kane says he won’t be filling those particular shoes.
“I’m not really a villain,” he said. I don’t think Twitter is saying that right now. As for me, I’ve always wanted to help the people on the show. I also talk about my insecurities all the time.
“I don’t think I want to play the villain because I’m not good at drama. In fact, as you say, I didn’t necessarily have to do this show, and it wasn’t easy for me to get on the show with a really strong cast sometimes.
“And sometimes after we shoot, I’m like, ‘OK guys. I won’t talk to you until we leave. ‘”
Kane, however, caused drama on Bling Empire when season two saw him accused of stirring up trouble between Kevin Kreider and Kim Lee.
The new season sees Kevin and Kim grow closer, with the male model taking the DJ out for a date.

But Kane threw a wrench into the affair by suggesting that Kevin was dating other women in the run-up to his big date with Kim.
Kane’s interference caused a huge argument between him and Kevin with the consequence that it took several episodes to be resolved.
