Brian Dowling admits ‘father’s sins are real’ as he goes on holiday without his daughter

Brian Dowling has admitted “the father’s guilt is real” after leaving his daughter at home when he arrived in New York City.
he, a former Big Brother winner, flew to the Big Apple with his sister Aoife while his husband Arthur Gourounlian was looking after their 5-month-old daughter Blake in Ireland.
Aoife became the couple’s surrogate last year and helped give birth to their baby daughter in September.
After a turbulent year, Brian decided to go on a trip with his sister that he said was “a long way from coming”.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the 44-year-old shared a snap of himself and his sister enjoying some mimosas at Dublin Airport as he wrote about how excited he was to discover one your favorite cities.
“We are so excited to go on a little tour together️,” he wrote.
“It’s a place I LOVE and Aoife has never been. This trip has been a long time coming. Bring the next days to laugh, enjoy the view, maybe a glass of fizz or two and of course make memories for a lifetime.”
The new dad also admitted he was worried about leaving Blake behind for the first time.
He wrote: “Father’s sins are REAL and happened last night while I was packing. It’s completely transparent what Mimosa is helping. Little BDG is in safe hands with her dad @gourounlian. Good luck with morning spooning.”
Arthur sent her husband updates from across the Atlantic, including a sweet photo of baby Blake smiling for the camera.
Brian posted the snap to his Instagram stories and joked: “I’m not sure anyone is missing her dad,” to which Arthur replied, “Sorry Dad, we’re having a lot of time. Lots of fun times to miss anyone here. This is us at 8 am.
