Bridgerton: Simone Ashley teases series three plot

Bridgerton actress Simone Ashley opened up about the unusual way she and Jonathan Bailey would end a day of filming intimate scenes.

Simone played Kate Sharma in season 2 of the hit Netflix series, and her character had a rather odd scene with Jonathan’s Anthony Bridgerton in episode 7.

There were certainly less sex scenes in season one of Bridgerton, but Kate and Anthony’s chemistry definitely made up for it.

During a podcast appearance Reuniting with Josh SmithSimone shared what it’s like to shoot intimate scenes.

“If there were scenes with me and Johnny, I don’t know how long it could last, but we laughed all day on that set, whether it was intimate scenes or not, but we were so excited. fun .

“You have to have fun and you have to laugh at how ridiculous it is. But the intimate scenes where we really coordinate them in detail and make sure that everything has meaning and meaning behind it.

She continued: “And obviously when the day comes, it’s weird and weird, but we just go with it and have a glass of champagne at the end of the day and just raise a toast to it and be like, “Great. We made it and you know, we smashed it.”

Simone, who also stars on the Netflix series Sex Education, is currently single in real life and has been described as “scary”.

She told Josh: “I’m 27 now and if I’m being honest I know I’m too young and that’s what people tell me and I’m very aware that I’m young and I’m still young. light years ahead I envision similar things like finding a relationship and finding feeling at home, what I want to do with my life and have a family.

“But yeah, I think it’s a human trait to crave and want that and think about it. And it’s a scary thing, I’ve been single for a very long time now almost three, four years and yes , I think it’s a human trait to wonder and long for that,” she added.
