Amaze, a Brighton based charity, helps over 3,000 families across Sussex every year.
Founded in 1997, the charity works directly with young people with special educational needs and disabilities, as well as parents and carers.
“We are delighted to be celebrating our 25th birthday with families from across East Sussex – they are the beating heart of Amaze and it will be very special to have so many of them in one place and have fun,” said Sally Polanski, CEO of Amaze.
The charity is celebrating its anniversary with a free family event at Moulsecoomb Leisure Center on Saturday 26th November.
Amaze Patron and bestselling children’s author Julia Donaldson will also be at the event to celebrate and sign her books.
Ms Polanski added: “All of these activities are linked to our 25th birthday fundraiser, which we hope can raise £5,000 to help more disabled young people find professional career support.”
