Moises Caicedo will address transfer speculation as summer deals reach a crescendo.
The Ecuadorian midfielder is set to remain at the Seagulls despite reports of an offer from Liverpool.
Albion vice-chairman and chief executive Paul Barber wants to keep the pressure off the player.
But he said Caicedo handles the attention well.
barber opposite talkSPORT Radio: “Moises Caicedo has done well, but he is still a very young player.
“We know that form is sometimes inconsistent with young players and we don’t want to put the pressure on Moises that such headlines create.
“But he’s a very level-headed young man.
“He’s more than capable of handling it, in our opinion.
“He has settled in fantastically in the Premier League and he may have a World Cup to look forward to as well.
“It’s a really good time for Moises and we’re delighted to have him.”
Barber also warned that I would take on any club to lure Head Coah Graham Potter away.
He said: “Without going into details of Graham’s contract, we did our best to protect ourselves there.
“It would be difficult for people to take him.
“It’s not impossible because any contract can be broken.”
