A man has been arrested after two children were injured when a car collided with a wall.
A black BMW believed to be involved in a chase with another black BMW collided with the wall at Plaistow Place in Brighton before fleeing the scene.
An 11-year-old boy was taken to hospital with a serious leg injury, while a 15-year-old boy suffered minor injuries.
A 51-year-old man from Brighton has been arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent to incite fears of violence and remains in custody.
Police want to speak to anyone who saw the two black BMWs in a chase leading up to the incident, which took place at around 6:35pm on Friday November 4, or anyone who fled the area after the accident .
