On Saturday, the Frosts Brighton Speed Trials return on Madeira Drive.
The highly anticipated event is expected to attract thousands of spectators and participants.
Racers will compete to be the fastest in their class.
The Vintage Motorcycle Club Sprint Section recently announced that it was canceling its motorcycle entry at the event due to ongoing safety discussions with Brighton and Hove Motor Club, Motorsport UK, Auto Cycle Union and Brighton and Hove City Council over the layout and livery has canceled markings on Madeira Drive and how motorbikes could participate.

Organizers Brighton and Hove Motor Club said the main runs are expected to start around 11am.
Madeira Drive has hosted the Trials since 1905 after resident Sir Harry Preston persuaded City Council to pave the road for motor racing. This was one of the first times asphalt was used around the world.
