Brighton surpasses London and Cardiff as the UK’s most diverse city


According to a recent study, BRIGHTON was voted the most diverse city in Great Britain.

The city ranked first among all cities in the country after being rated on a number of factors including age diversity and the number of independent shops.

Brighton beat London, Cardiff and Manchester and also scored points for the number of professionals in the area as well as the number of entertainment venues.

According to car comparison site, which conducted the study, Brighton “destroyed all competition” en route to the title.

A spokeswoman for the website added: “It’s one of the UK’s best cities for its diverse nightlife, but it’s not just students who flock to the golden shores. Students, creatives and artists alike have all been drawn to Brighton for years and with so much going on in the city it’s not hard to see why.”

.Brighton took first place after being rated on a number of measures including language diversity and number of fast food outlets.
