Brighton’s Simon Adingra scores for Union St-Gilloise

Albion loanee Simon Adingra marked his Jupiler League debut with a dream goal.

Adingra equalized in Royale Union St Giloise’s 1-1 draw at St Truiden on the opening weekend.

He started in a roll to the left of the centre-forward and leveled his side on a 76th-minute counterattack.

Adingra held off an attempted foul as he got away down the left flank.

He cut the inside of his right foot, his left again, then his right again.

Then came the glorious conclusion with a superb right foot flick that flew over the goalkeeper and flew wide of the far post.

Adingra signed a four-year deal for Albion this summer from Danish super league club FC Nordsjaelland.

He then impressed in his first friendly for USG against the Seagulls at Lancing. Brighton’s Simon Adingra scores for Union St-Gilloise
