Viewers of BRITAIN’s Most Expensive Homes mocked the series for displaying the “most disgusting” properties seen on the show.
Fans of the series have been glimpsed inside some of the UK’s most distinctive homes over the past few weeks – but some have been less than impressed.
Demand for housing spiked in the summer as the international super-rich began to return to the UK.
All of this, and more, is captured in a new series of Channel 4 shows, behind the scenes of luxury real estate agent Sotheby’s International Realty.
The most lavish home that UK Sotheby’s International Realty is aiming to sell to ultra-wealthy clients on the show is undoubtedly the £75million London mansion in the finale.
However, many viewers of the popular show criticized it, with some calling the property “more and more ridiculous by the week”.
Taking to Twitter, one disgruntled viewer wrote: “Imagine buying a £12 million penthouse and it doesn’t even include a kitchen – or proper walls.”
Echoing their comments, another said: “See Britain’s most expensive homes and, well, money can’t buy taste.”
While the third and perhaps slightly jealous viewer added: “Are they happy with all that space? Completely nonsensical. “
Broker Diana is on a mission to convince luxury property developer Kam that she should list her Amberwood home in Knightsbridge, one of the most expensive properties in the entire capital.
In the series, brokers show properties to clients, including a developer of heritage trophy homes.
We’ve previously revealed the insides of some of Britain’s most expensive homes, including a Hollywood mansion in Hampstead.
