British police are making an urgent appeal to the Irish family who have been missing since April

British police have issued an urgent appeal after the disappearance of an Irish family with two children and their heavily pregnant mother.

Harlene Collins, 26, and her husband Martin Collins, 29, have been reported missing along with their two children, Martin, 3, and Kathleen, 2.

Police are concerned for her well-being as Charlene is heavily pregnant with the couple’s third child.

The family was last seen on Friday April 22, 2022 and was last seen near Rochdale Road in Manchester.

Charlene and Martin are said to speak with heavy Irish accents, having recently moved to the English town.

Published photos of the couple are said to be more than two years old.

A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police said:

“Miss appeal for the Collins family. Charlene Collins aged 26 and Martin Collins aged 29 and their children – Martin aged 3 and Kathleen aged 2 have been reported missing.”

“They were last seen on Friday 22nd April 2022 around Rochdale Road in Manchester, M9. Charlene is heavily pregnant and there are concerns for her wellbeing. Police are asking you to notify the police if you have seen or been in contact with this family.

“They speak with a heavy Irish accent and may have left the Manchester area. Originally from Ireland, they have recently arrived in Manchester but may have left the area and traveled south. They have connections to Liverpool, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Suffolk and now the North West.”
