A survey reveals how coronavirus and bouts of depression have affected our mental health, with thousands struggling to socialize, dress, dance and have sex the way we used to.

If pandemic has left you with a bag of stress, you are not the only one.
Almost half of respondents to a survey feel that they have lost their dojo after two years of lockdown and are struggling to get it back.
A third likes to hang out again but is a little more still nervous about socializing.
The average person admits that they are too heavy 20lb. More than 40% do not feel comfortable with their body as before and 1/5 say they sex life dived.
More than a quarter no longer know what to wear, fashion or how to dance at a club or party.

As more people return to the office, 60% say they’re not working to their full potential.
About a quarter struggle to do things they used to find easy – such as meeting someone new or getting on a plane.
Even seeing an old friend is a challenge for 24%. Some similarly worry about undressing in the gym locker room.
Researchers asked 1,500 adults about the impact of two years of the pandemic on HUX supplements.
The company’s Damien Byrne said: “It’s clear that we’re not reaching our full potential as a country and our confidence and momentum have suffered over the past two years.”
