Brooklyn Beckham may have extremely wealthy parents – but her wealth is dwarfed by that of Nicola Peltz’s family.
The eldest of Golden Balls and Posh Spice is marrying the billionaire heiress this weekend and is expected to have a high-profile guest list that includes the biggest names from the world of sports and showbiz.
While hoping the couple will have a long and happy marriage, the young lovers are reportedly signing the “mother and father” of all prenuptial agreements.
One would assume, of course, that the financial arrangement is designed to protect David and Victoria’s money, but actually it’s the other way around.
American actress Nicola, who has appeared in drama Bates Motel and Hollywood blockbuster Transformers: Age of Extinction, is the daughter of billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz.
Peltz has an estimated net worth of £1.3billion, which is nearly four times the size of Beckham’s £380million empire.

A college dropout who never graduated, Peltz initially drove delivery trucks for his father and delivered fresh produce to New York City restaurants.
After the takeover, he grew the business and bought several food companies. He then co-founded an alternative investment management fund investing in brands such as Heinz, Cadbury, PepsiCo and General Electric.
The American investor is non-executive chairman of the fast food chain Wendy’s, the consumer goods company Procter & Gamble, the multinational Sysco and the sports company The Madison Square Garden Company.
Forbes listed Peltz as the 16th highest-earning hedge fund manager of 2013, and in February 2017 they had him as the 432nd richest person in the US.
He has been married three times and has two children from his first marriage and eight from his current one to former model Claudia Heffner, who will become Brooklyn’s mother-in-law.
In addition to actress Nicola, the couple have son Will, who is also an actor, and another son Brad, who plays for the Ottawa Senators ice hockey team.
The Peltz family owns a 27-bedroom mansion in Bedford on the outskirts of New York City with a hockey rink, art collection and private lake.
Her neighbors include Hollywood stars Bruce Willis and Glenn Close – while albino peacocks roam free on her vast estate.
Peltz’s property portfolio also extends to a luxurious £76million beach house in Miami, where Brooklyn and Nicola’s wedding is set to take place this weekend.
But the Beckhams have plenty of properties of their own, including a £20million apartment in a Miami skyscraper with its own helipad, gym and pool, and two houses in Dubai.
They also have a chic seven-bed villa in London’s Holland Park, which they bought for £31.5million in 2013, and a £6.1million barn conversion in the Cotswolds.
David has an impressive supercar collection and has spent an estimated £3million on Rolls-Royces, Ferraris, an armored Hummer and a Lamborghini Gallardo, which is itself worth around £149,000.
With his helicopters and two private jets, however, Peltz is making much faster progress.
Both families have rags to riches histories, with David rising as a footballer and Victoria finding fame with the Spice Girls before building a fashion empire.

They also love donating for their children, with Posh and Becks spending £100,000 on Brooklyn’s star-studded 21st birthday last year.
Brooklyn had a donut tower, an ice sculpture shaped like a camera, and his entertainment was a performance by rapper Stormzy.
While Harper had tea with Princess Eugenie at Buckingham Palace for her sixth birthday and was reportedly gifted a £7,000 pedigree pony by her mum and dad.
Peltz is no stranger to spending the dosh on his children, having thrown a £1.6million bar mitzvah for his twin sons Zachary and Gregory in 2016.
The hundreds of guests were treated to a hockey rink, basketball hoop, video games, stilt walkers and two bands.
With vast sums of money in the possession of Brooklyn and Nicola’s respective families, the young couple is reported to have signed a strict prenuptial agreement.
This will protect her assets should her marriage ever fall apart, but of course we all hope it never has to be used.
The Mail on Sunday reported: “Brooklyn Beckham is said to have signed a prenuptial agreement with his heir-to-be, Nicola Peltz.
“Brooklyn’s parents David and Victoria’s £380million fortune is dwarfed by the estimated £1.3billion fortune of Miss Peltz’ financier father Nelson.
“The news of the marriage contract comes as preparations gather pace for Saturday’s £3million ceremony and party at the Peltz family mansion in Palm Beach, Florida.”
The atmosphere of the wedding is said to be “Miami Society meets British Celebrity” – with a host of famous faces rocking.
All of Victoria’s Spice Girls’ former bandmates are expected to be in the aisles, as well as her actress pal Eva Longoria and celebrity chef Gordan Ramsay, who frequently vacations with the Beckhams.
Also attending will be Beck’s former Manchester United team-mate Phil Neville, Madonna’s son Rocco Richie, Victoria’s Secret model Gigi Hadid, and American football legend Tom Brady and his wife Gisele Bundchen.
One person who won’t be at the lavish ceremony, however, is Brooklyn’s godfather Sir Elton John because it clashes with his tour dates.
